@zekllutz: are using standard guitar fingering for this piece? Also, is your guitar set up adgcea or eadgbe? From your video it looks like you are using guitar fingering.
I just got my guitalele, and this is my first piece. I was using your vid as a model. :-)
@Bacusone Well, I learn the guitalele the same way I learn how to play guitar, since the chords are pretty much the same. Ultimate-guitar(dot)com are my number 1 sources for chords... so yeah. You do know that guitalele sounds like the guitar with a capo on the 5th fret right? Just giving you a heads up!
I'm about to buy a guitalele, and I'd love to play this song. What chords were you using, and is it suggested A tuning, or did you do something different?
I hope this instrument doesn't have too steep of a learning curve, because I am already a novice in the guitar, and just wanted something like to carry when I travelled.
Hello! Well, I started out with Ukulele then Guitalele and now i'm learning guitar, so I guess it won't be that much of a difference. Currently mine is in the A tuning, but if I called correctly when I first bought it, the guy at the music store tuned in D. He advised not to tune using the standard guitar tuning as guitalele is much higher in tone.
@redhothellers hey yeah, I figured it out a while back lol pretty funny when it comes from a friend (dzimmo)... but not the other one though. Thanks btw (for explaining & commenting) :)

@Bacusone yeah, I'm using the usual guitar fingering, and my guitalele is set up in ADGCEA.
I'm flattered that you're using this as a model lol, good luck and have fun! :)

Thanks for getting back to me so fast. I look forward to giving this song a go. Btw, have you found any good resources for playing the guitalele?

The chords are:
Verse:
D Am Am7
C Em Em7 D
D Am Am7
C Em Em7 D
chorus: C Em Em7 D (x4)
Hope that helps!
