I think this guy is a little over-hyped... The guys on the other team obviously can't tackle like an NCAA football player. In college, he wouldn't have made it quite as far. Awesome footwork and speed, though. In JUCO, he'd be unstoppable. At Texas, the weight-room might turn him into NFL talent.
