This game is a blast. It remained loyal to the original 2-D Sonic games but still brought in a coulple of new 3-D innovations for good measure

@gamesmaster2000 And yet reviewers are giving it a better score than the HD version. Because it's only 2D and it doesn't have "Sonic shitty friend's". Eh what can you do...i am super happy with both versions

@SONICBOYREBORN234 I always buy games from what friends tell me and what I think. If i want someone's opinion i 'd t oask a friend who has the same likes/dislikes as me. It's like asking a FPS guy if i should buy a Sonic game. Of course he/she can't gve me a good answer.

@frokenok3 Yes!!! It seems as though everyone who says Sonic is shit thinks 06 was the last game since Generations. They just keep bringing it up, and forget about Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Colours. THAT is there main excuse to say, "Sonic's back!!" "Finally, a GOOD Sonic game" and "It's safe to assume Sonic is good again" (Ignorant quote, by who else, but IGN -__-) UGH!!! I HATE it when people just seem to think 06 was the last Sonic game to ever come out!!!

@SONICBOYREBORN234 Sonic never left. He just had some bad , mediocre "HD" titles. Sonic Rush, Rush Adventure are great games. Sonic the Secret Rings is a great game too. Yeah the controls are bad but everything else is good. Oh and about IGN. They're not bad. The only mistake they did was the Unleashed-06 fiasco. Other than that they give good scores to Sonic. That doesn't mean that we/i (take that as you want) have to agree with what their saying.

@frokenok3 Yeah, I see what you mean. I loved Secret Rings, and the Rush games. But that whole thing with the 4.5 vs 3.5 is still a HUUUUGE "WTF!?!?" on IGN's part. But they are ok....I guess....

But other than 06, Labyrinth and those fuckin' Drift games, I really loved every Sonic game.

@metalsonic3333 Um, I did, and loved them. But this is a new console, 2D only gameplay isn't really acceptable, ESPECIALLY in a game like Generations.

I keep hoping we'll get to see those CGI movies in some way, they weren't in the console version. Well, exept for the opening, which is the same as the first Sonic Generations teaser/trailer.

I don't understand why they gave it two subtitles ("Blue Adventure" for the 3DS and "White Spacetime" for the consoles/PC) as opposed to just one; FYI: I like the "White Spacetime" tile better.

@FlickyF Eh, they do this all the time. All the Sonic games in Japan have a subtitle but i will agree that i don't remember giving 2 different subtitles.

@FlickyF Hmm, maybe but now that i think about it. They probably gave it another title cause it doesn't have the same stages, characters and boss fights. It's kinda a different game. That's for sure.
