Seems pretty fishy to me that they when they just deposit these checks no hold no nothing, When they even hold goverment checks for at least three days? Why not these checks that all seem to be for the same about? Becasue I bet they get a piece of the action. For them it is a win win. But the poor people get nailed.

@TheKimdunn I think it is due to the lack of internet legislation as of yet. The system grew to this stage within 20 years very very fast and the law couldn't follow. I have seen ads like that on Google.
