He is talented, but you have to remember he is playing in america. The kids there are hardly as talented as UK, and other established footballing nations.
i played 3 years up to when i was ure age. keep practicing dont let kids ure age be better then you and yes basicly all little kids want to get goals so they dont pass like i did, so stop hating!
This kid is already gold. And he is lucky to have such a good father to take an interest in him. This kid is so lucky to have that kind of a father. You can just see by the other kids in comparison what a good parent is. If I ever have kids I want to be like Hassan Ayari. I know soccer is not for everyone but you should have self respect to not look like a fool out there. Please keep us posted with your sons progress.
Whoever gave him the nickname "Little Messi"? There has been so many potential 'superstar's that have flopped. There was one US one but I can't remember his name.
at this age you can go several directions with the "ball hogging" mentality. it is important that they learn to handle the ball through traffic-and not develop the habit of looking to get rid of the ball once a defender closes on them. but they need to keep an eye out for the drop or cross pass. from what i have seen, the kid made some nice passes. he already has skills that many high school players do not. perfect use of the inside and outside foot on passes and with the laces when kicking.
too bad excellent players like him loose their level occasionally not all the time but sometimes when they grow and need to pass the ball. hopefully his coaches lead him well..
i would rather not play in his team.. what fun will you have when he's trying everything by himself.. Teach him its a teamsport and he might end up somewhere great.
Just by looking at the surroundings, surely this kid is American. Hopefully if he decides to become a professional, in all regards let's hope he doesn't do the Giuseppe Rossi thing...LOL! Really, let's hope kid's like him pop out all over this country.
man were i come from most kids wen i was that age can take people on like that and not any1 i know is a pro now, lets just watch this space and see how far he goes. i have watched his videos and im not takin away the fact he is a fantastic football player but he is only 7 and not many kids are taken too seriously untill they are at least 13-14
@badboyodee86 True. when you're that age you don't have as many distractions. The when you hit your teens and realise that girls are pretty cool it all starts to go downhill. Commitment is the key
Make sure he uses both feet more, he's really, really good, but he is dribbling on the security of his right foot. If he starts to play people of a higher level or closer to the same level he is at, it will become more obvious what he is going to do if he keeps the ball on one side only. He's amazing though, that goal at 0:25 shows he can use his left foot, he should just use it more!
that was based on pure training and the father of that boy at the end he is doing the real damage that Messi played his heart told him the truth but this little messi is good but is purely paractica
this kid is brilliant. he is destined to be a footballer. i cant wait till he is older, especially when the kid has grown so he can properly connect with what looks like a size 5 ball
ese niño juega muy bien mis respetos creo que juega mejor que yo . en realidad es messi.. con rason a llegado a ser lo que ha llegado a ser ( el mejor jugador del mundo hasta el momento)
get this kid to a top european academy because at his age his technique, skill and understanding of the game most importantly is very very good. i truly hope he succeeds. good luck
Wow...this kid is a revalation. Obviously shows true potential.
If the kid's parents want to instill his skill even further, they should move him to the Barcelona or Ajax youth systems. That will ensure and solidize his skills. If were his parents, I wouldn't hesitate.
he is very good, really has a very good technic. But the other kids are so horrible... u must go to play to another country with real competition for him. Congrats!! he is asome!
He has come on brilliantly, it's three years since I first saw him three years ago. We can see now, from this, why George Best 's contemporary's were not so kind to his legs. He once pulled up in fronts of his friends in the stand , just to show off his skills, hilarious.
Your kid looks something special. His control and technique are of a very high level. I also like how he is willing to pass with his teammates. He understands the game well for someone his age. Hopefully he will get the right opportunities to advance his game.
hes really good !! my only issue would be that the kids in usa who are 10 have the same ability as the 7 yr olds here in the uk ! my son plays at liverpool football club academy and is 7 also and all the kids who go there are at this level , some even better !
great job tho , not tryin to hate im just sayin !!
@ryanmc0305 That is a silly comparison. You are also talking about the kids at Liverpool Football Club's academy(one of the best academies in the UK). You really cannot make that statement just from a video. This kid has extremely good technical skills for his age. I would say he is a little bit special for any country. I couldn't be sure if he'll make it pro or not, but he is way too young to tell.
Agreed! You shout send out some tapes of your kid to soccer school all over the world! I'm sure scouts will be interested in him! Keep up the good work!!
if you want a future for this kid, the awnser is not USA. I am really serious and my uncle agrees, he played pro in mexico. please get him out there, not here..

its possible he'll fade back into the crowd, as you get older you need to rely less on 1v1 and work more as a team player.
