Thank you and this is a nice video, but I have taken glucosamine and chondroitin for years and has done absolutely nothing for me and all I have been doing is wasting my money. I have also tried etodolac, celebrex, mobic, torodal, motrin, piroxicam, and no relief eitheut I do get relief with naproxen. The problem with that is after the first week I get blackout and fainting spells and wake after fainting in cold sweat fro head to toe. My next step might be marijuana.
