Is Mr Dean Shostak a relative of Dimitri Shostakovich?

  • I want Dean Shostak to play in my town

  • 0:02 to 0:08 ..... Tron legacy ???

  • Beautiful sounds

  • its a glass piano, harp, and flute mixed into one!

  • Thank you! Dean Shostak works Xolonial Williamsburg. I like this music, 'cause its like heavy metal :)

  • Eh? How the devil does one supposedly play this here contraption? Now this piece hta's bein performed is "Fur Elise!" By Beethoven: I say that, on account of a friend of mine havig told me, but now, sadly his wife's had to be placed in a nursing home owing to her having dementia!

  • Not even Radiohead could pull off implementing this instrument effectively in a song.

I have to say that also it must be the least rewarding instrument to play, simply due to the fact that you can never hear the same sound your audience will, with being located directly behind the output of the sound generated, there is no way to turn the cones around to face yourself. Though I suppose a headphone out, gets around that. Must be something someone has implemented.

  • @Blahdabbadoo Most instruments sound different out in the audience than they do right next to you. I'm sure he can hear his music fine.

  • Is it by Copeland, Beethoven, or Bach?

  • @spunkransum Copeland, Fanfare for the Common Man.

    You're Welcome.

  • Thanks a bunch!

  • What is the first song? I know it from a movie but can't search as I don't know the title to the song.

  • Thrilling

  • This is amazing!

  • Astounding. Love the range and resonance of the audio and the performance visuals. Dean is constantly amazing.
