I can't really go and change as often as I like, because sormetimes my teacher says I can go, but sometimes I can't, and sometimes I don't feel comfortable. What should I do?

@evewingful you make the rules when it comes to your body and health. no teacher or other people in your school should stop you. if you leak through our pants and onto your chair, it's more uncomfortable. so change it when you feel like it.

@dringster2801 no. you have to change it between that time. the pad will be too wet by the time you get home from school. that is valid for the first few days of your period when the flow and heavy and medium. but once it is light, you can wear it up to 6 hours since there is less blood flow.

@lpslovershow38839 it should not be itchy. if you are itchy down there, you might have a yeast infection. it should not hurt when your period happens. the cramps might hurt though but it's different for everyone.

@shelbymccaslin100 there are no signs of it when you initially start your period for the first time. the white stuff on the panties are vaginal discharge. it is normal. the only time you should be concerned is if it itchy.

Wow. I just started my period a few days ago and I didn't even know til I searched online and now im like OMG IM ON MY PERIOD! thank you so much for this informative video. im fixing to watch part 2 on tampons now. my 10 year old cousin hasnt started her period yet but i wented to be ready in the unlikely event im the only person around when she does begin it. i know it could hold off till she 16 too but averagely for this family most of them started between 10 to 12 year of age.

I know how to change it when the panties are off my legs but when I'm on the toilet.....it's kinda hard since the panties aren't straight/scrunched up. *blush blush* XD

@xMaterialGirlsx while sitting on the toilet seat, have the panties down just below the knee and do the usual. the legs will help hold up the panties so you can change the pad easier. i hope this helps =)
