But they are professionals, although it's not just them changing clothes..one hand movement and you can rip the clothing off..

At 0:56 the guy is doing something behind the girl. It can be seen at 0:57, that the green straps disappear. That's when the dress is "unfolded" and becomes a longer, purple one.

At 1:50, the girl looks as if she is going to pull a string or something in order to transform her dress.

That is what I believe to have seen.
