LOL, the SNES consoles were made with different kinds of plastic. some of it was an ABS plastic that was extra sensitive to UV light and the such. so portions of the consoles (that were made in different places) would yellow really badly.

The black paint is too thick. I'd sand it down with some 8k/10k and reapply a coat. And then send again. Should get those pieces looking factory.

Krylon fusion is really good spray paint. Go to a local hardware shop or car shop. To get paint really smooth you should polish it though. You will get car finish.
