Forgot to say. I was also stationed at Andrews Barracks. Had an apartment on Kadetenweg about a block or so from Frank's Pig Pen. Played on the softball team on the field in your photos. Took a ride one night to the Wannsee to go skinny dipping with a bunch of locals. Myself and a girlfriend got stranded out there and an American MP gave us a ride back to her apartment.
interesting photos. I was in the US Army Security Agency in Berlin from 1970 to 1972. Mostly worked at Teufelsberg as translator and voice intercept. Also was a courier on the duty train to Frankfurt carrying classified docs. Thanks for the sharing your photos. brings back many memories.
