How exactly does one get the "Tunnel" effect as seen in this video? I've been messing with this filming technique for a bit now and was curious on how to do this bit.
Howlaround Cannot be done in colour because if it is it just looks bad. If you do it in colour, you have to do it in blacknwhite first, then colourize it. then get an animated scene of the tardis, then paste it on to the howlaround

As interesting as it would be if someone did the howlround with colour with the tardis flying down a created tunnel, that would be something.

this first version I did was of poor quality, the patterns move very fast for youtube's poor quality so you not seeing the patterns move very well.

I tried to attempt to make a tunnel with the howl round effect, the footage is 5 years old and recently I added the 2005 theme.
I have one I did with a doctor who logo which I edited on the camera and fed it through the image from the tv monitor, I hope to upload soon!.
