These people did not read the policy.

The policy says that the US has the right to alter the policy if someone uses bio weapons on us. So, if someone uses a bio weapon, we can change the policy and nuke their asses. So it is as if the policy it is not there (exempt for the 1/3 of the US and Russian Nuclear weapon decrease).

Barack must hate America. There is no other explanation for his policies - from his crazy love of dictators who loathe us, to his backwards view on terrorists.
