i have one of the 2nd generation chi straighteners it was alot faster that my other straighteners i think its started to loose its magic touch or i might have just started expecting too much out of it and began going thru my hair too fast i love it tho
Sorry for so many commetns on your video but how exactly did they break in such little time? Revlon is a good brand and all straighteners offer to replace a broken one (only assuming YOU did not break it - there must be fault with the company and its production.).
when i had a really crappy straightener it did the same thing. i have your kind of hair too. when i first used my chi it was like nothing else. you need to get it !!

I'm not sure, I THINK that the only difference is the time they were made; the ultra chi is the one that comes out with all of the different designs.
However, I've found that they work the same.
The prices are different depending on where you get it.

I can tell Chi is one of the best but they are wayy to expensive in my opinion. The one I have (not a Chi) gives the same result.

Standard cleaner? All the straighteners I have had have said only use a damp cloth. You dont want to damage or corrode the plates.
