  • and who missed the net?? scott «millions» gomez

  • and gomez misses the empty net, obviously...

  • @skill4ev i'm sick of gomez....montreal acquired him and it's like the worst trade ever....thinking that Mcdonagh is developping in the Rangers uniform and that we could have him instead of that 7 million dollar shithead...

  • @pstrenght2 the thing is he's too skilled, but doesnt use it to his advantage

you cant say hes too old or anything hes barely in his 30's

look at selanne producing like he was 20, even though you cant compare him and gomez

  • @skill4ev absolutely...

  • This is one of my favorite plays. The defender doesn't even touch him...

  • back to russia :)

  • how is the song called played in the background?

ive been looking for this song for years!!

    please tell me...

  • @obi1992

One wild night - Bon Jovi

  • Wow lol, that's something Datsyuk would do.

  • And Gomez miss the net ...

  • @ZacMartel17 clutch. that guys gotta pick up his game this year, c'mon man

  • The simplest moves make for some of the prettiest.

  • was that tom renney of the rangers :O!

  • sick deke but zherdev is a horrible stupid lazy player

  • Scott Gomez you trash.

  • so filthy

  • toe drag while on his backhand? interesting

  • @killurself1919 never heard of a back hand toedrag? not saying this is one, but it is still do-able

  • Stop making the Thrashers look bad...I want a hockey team to actually stay in Georgia this time around.

  • That's the farthest thing from a toe drag I've ever seen.

  • Commy bastard just had to sign with the flyers.

  • oh my...

  • ya it wouldn't have worked if he was a lefty. stick side definitely matters.

  • Nice move --- but not a toe drag like the write-up says...

  • Zherdev and Gaborik together could have given the Rangers much more offense, which they need. Then they let Antropov go. What the heck was Sather thinking

  • i dont think it wouldve worked if the guy was a lefty

  • his stick wasnt on the ice..so the stick side doesnt matter

  • @datsyuk134life well i think if he were a lefty i think he would have his stick on the ice instead of trying to keep his stick up off the ice so that he we wont make a saucer pass, instaed of him trying to put his foot in the way as shown,he's just trying to keep his stick in the passing lane plus go wings

  • uhmmm if he was a lefty, he prolly would have done somethingelse with it. part of being a good dangler is reading the defenses stick hand and postion. this is basic hockey sense people.

  • @kansanpolarbear45 yeah i see what your saying ,but im a lefty i wouldve atleast tryd to box him out over the blueline for an delayed offside, he was just like 2 ft away .or least make a hit.

  • @irvpoker2007 yeah im not gonna defend the dman, he was lazy on that play.

  • dat guys like- whaaaa, damn. ;) good move zherdy

  • it''s sick move but it's at the blue line and he's the last man back, if the atlanta forward poked the puck away he could of got a break away.

  • it was a nice move, but it certainly wasn't a toe-drag, as it says in the descrip.

  • i dont know how great of a move it is, i think the defenseman just anticipated him to pass it to the streaking forward(thats why he had his stick and body leaning that way) then zherdev read him and just put it around him, not taking anything away from the move, its a good read, but making the defenseman look silly? i dont think so.

  • Do you not understand the concept of a deke? Anticipation and deceit are the two main factors.

  • who ever posted this.....sports center, please, think of a better insult to make to the rangers cuz urs made no sense,

  • he's not insulting them. as a rangers fan i actually UNDERSTAND what he means

he's saying that, just like the Rangers ALWAYS do, he passed the puck when he should've taken a shot. The Rangers pass too much. That's what he's saying

  • I agree unfortunately that's what kills us sometimes when they pass too much

  • toe drag?

  • definitely not a toe drag...still sick as hell

  • it was actually a sick pass, gomer just could bury it..

  • nice move, extremely risky....but nice move lol too bad the rangers just can't seem 2 get it together this year, too many big names, not enough size and grit, thank god we have hank or we'd lose all the time

  • if the cbj's still had him theyd be even better then they already are

  • HE made that defender tired! Rangers have great players, this year.

  • Zherdev rocks

  • Gotta love Nikki. I miss watching these types of moves in Columbus. So fun to watch!

  • mmmm... Nice cookies !

  • if he urned that puck over he would get alot of shit

  • Zherdev is beast.

  • omg how do u dare 2 do that on the blueline?!

  • hes so good

  • He's a beast, he has great stick handling

  • Zherdev is amazing with the puck. Best puck control I've seen in a while. BTW the move is sweet but its not a toe drag

  • he looks like a young jagr the way he controls the puck!!!!

  • ur right.

  • Nikolai Zherdev is the man

  • Zherdev is insane. What a talent. What a steal of a trade!

    Keep it up Z!!!

    LETS GO RANGERS!!!!!

  • yeah and all we had to do was lose:

backman, who was ok, not great, but ok

and tyutin, who i do miss alot, but hey we've got zherdev now =D

  • @NYRNYM9486

still think that trade was a steal? LMAO

  • @NYRNYM9486

    HAHAHAHA

  • @NYRNYM9486 lol three years ago but rangers r nasty the will win the stanley cup this year !

  • LOL @ your description. Rangers pass way too much, definitely.

  • they do pass too much

but i wont argue about their passing problem when they're 10-2-1 =D
