Be more specific in your conversations, use more stories so they forget where they are going. I can't see what's happening non-verbally, but try and have stronger tighter tone in your voice. i think you have to spend at least 5 mins getting the girls to tell u about them. if u just go up to them and say, u r cute, where do u work and give me your number, it would be hard to number close. all u are missing in your arsenal is the mid game. Build a little rapport.Let her tell u something about herself in a personal manner such as goals, hope, what kind of person she is, wether she likes her job or not and what she would rather be doing.
I think the reason they are rejecting you is that it seems as when u introduce urself, it seems to scripted. Try changing it up a bit without trtin to hard when u introduce urself and also when u ask for phone numbers.. dont ask.. give her ur phone and tell her to put her number in ur phone..
