This is a huge argument waiting to happen. lol. They both are great consoles and they both have their ups and downs. One has more exclusives, one has free online, one has better graphics (just by a teeny weeny itsy bitsy bit because of blue-ray) and one you can listen to music while you're playing your game which is IMO pretty awesome :P

I found Halo got boring pretty quickly. Quite fun to begin with, but the campaign ended too quickly and the plot to all three halos was the same: Fighting aliens, Drive a few vehicles then at the end the robot thing goes evil at the end. Then, in the next game, the robot comes back again and every one acts as if the last game never happened...

I've played the playstation all my life (ps1 ps2 and ps3) and honestly, I like both the same. But each have their own problems. ps3 problems. the controller buttons are weird. I can't get a good grip.

you're out of luck. Every time I play online games people always have mics. Playstation home is a social network, so it doesn't suck, it's just for a certain type of crowd.

I bought an Xbox360 knowing that the Ps3 has better hardware. They are the same thing essentially but I bought Xbox because I PREFER the exclusive games, controller feel, system link capability. It's all about what your looking for when it comes to entertainment.

It's easy for gamers to talk shit now days. When I was a kid and I wanted to have a competive challenge - I went to the arcade. Try talking shit to the guy within elbow's reach to your face and all of a sudden Street Fighter is going down in the Parking Lot. I found Halo got boring pretty quickly. Quite fun to begin with, but the campaign ended too quickly and the plot to all three halos was the same: Fighting aliens, Drive a few vehicles then at the end the robot thing goes evil at the end. Then, in the next game, the robot comes back again and every one acts as if the last game never happened...

I've played the playstation all my life (ps1 ps2 and ps3) and honestly, I like both the same. But each have their own problems. ps3 problems. the controller buttons are weird. I can't get a good grip.

that was hilarious. i'm no fanboy. i use to have an xbox360 and i did like it but now that i've had my ps3 for about a year, i'd have to say i like the ps3 a lot more. sony ad campaign, "it only does everything" is kinda true. well, it certainly does a lot more than the 360. i will miss gear of war, that's for sure. one of the greatest shooters ever.
