The US president according to the Constitution must be a "natural born citizen" a senator does not have to meet this requirement, for example, Schwartenzger, he can be a governor or senator, but not the president, since he was born in Austria. It is definite that he traveled to Pakistan in 1981 on a different passport, since no American passport holders were allowed to enter Pakistan at that time (Pakistan was under Marshall Law, which didn't allow Americans to enter)

McCain's lawyers filed to dismiss a similar case against him in New Hampshire. The Senate approved a resolution recognizing McCain's right to eligibility to run. The court in Phili has dismissed the case, because they say berg has no standing, which means that no private citizen can bring the eligiblity of president issue to court, only the congress or senate can.
