@RobotsGreatWar2 Start with his face hands and hair, everything after that is all the same if your going to paint him in those colors. I worked from a undercoat of scorched brown up through bestial brown, into a base of bleached bone and then skull white for highlighting. keep your paints thin and pallete simple, you cant go wrong.
@RobotsGreatWar2 well you see in the video how his knuckles are a lighter color than the rest of his hands ? thats a highlight.
Your base color is a normal skin color and the highlight is the same color with a little white added to it and painted onto the raised areas. It just helps it look like its sticking out more.
Thanks, the only problem is that Bleached bone is out of stock on GW. But I guess they will re-stock, or I can get some in a local store. Btw, are those colours you mentioned in order of how I should layer Saruman or what is the right way?
@RobotsGreatWar2 Yeah, i layerd the colors up in that order. Done the dark tones first (black, scoroched brown) and then the midtones (bestial br. bleahced bone) and then the highlights. but i paint a little differently now, there are a few ways of going about it. best way to paint is which ever way you like best.
I ment to say that i used Kommando Khai also (forget how to spell it) before the belached bone. if you have that color you dont need the belached bone, just add white to it.
@RobotsGreatWar2 check the miniature for flash which is excess metal left on the mini from the molding procsess, cut or file it away. Prime your miniature before painting... paint it all either black or white, some people use grey, use a spray for that as it gives a smoother finish, painting is ok but spraying is better for priming.
Excellent!

I'm getting Saruman soon plus some other Isengard minatures for my Isengard army. Do you know any painting tips or order of how to paint Saruman?

Um when you get it, what do you need to do to prepare the model before painting? I think you need to wash it but is there anything else?
