Go and see one of the best movies in history (and one of the most underrated!) - (John Carpenter's) The Thing (1982) then. A must see Sci-Fi masterpiece! I hope they won't screw up the upcoming remake... >:/

@Chupacabrathe2nd im actually confused because in the original the researchers trying to kill the dog were from a different country, sweden or something like that. in the prequel they are going to make the researchers american it apears..... so fail already. it is possible to make a remake better than the orignal but what movie makers dont get is that it was the gritty non cgi we loved. compare alien to avp. the alien in the first movie looked real, cgi in avp looked aweful.

He does make it back eventually. When he first returns, he bumps against the window of the main deck and interrupts a stand-off; Sam Neill's character shoots at him and almost kills him. Minutes later, after an explosive decompression sequence, he manages to make it into an airlock and he's safe.
