its true, mainly because we have our own phoney turbo-marketed folk-music crap, and its as bad as country, but there is a country scene and clubs who do play real traditional country and have american style festivities
The Hasselhoff and Germany thing was meant affectionately. Craig makes quite a few jokes about the Germans but he does it with a warmth some British comedians don't have. When people do impersonations we say it's the highest form of flattery so Germans shouldn't take offence.
If you're referring to me, I was kidding. I'm neither offended nor flattered, just amused (and Craig is one of the world's finest comedians, he can say whatever he wants, it'll always be funny).
Pah, Germany was the first and so far only country with a country-act at ESC (Texas Lightning, look it up), and we're totally over Hasselhoff (and now worship Mr. T). Get your facts straight Craig, accuracy is essential for comedy! you should learn from us, our regulatory authority gives out great manuals.
That's too funny 0:50 thru 1:15
Made himself bust out laughing
the look at the end was the best
as if he wanted to continue on
I swear the thought seems to cross his mind again
when he's talking about same sex marriages in CT
@ 2:50 when he stops talking and licks his lips;
Craig censoring himself?
It's hard to censor his facial expressions! X)
