@nojoe41 If you had a stock 50cc minibike, up against a 50cc race engine minibike, whos gonna win? this engine could be modded for all you know, plus its a twin cyl and 2 stroke, makes 58 HP at 9200 rpm, if you wanted all that power you would need your foot to the floor, HP and tourqe are different... as far as i know, it's more than possible to get 58 hp out of a 350cc TWIN CYL engine...

I don't know if you know this, but that engine is exactly the same as a Yamaha banshee... so if you ever need parts, like aftermarket pipes or anything, look for banshee on ebay.. except even better, yours has the powervalve setup on the top of the cylinders!!.. make sure you keep that powervalve clean and you'll have top horsepower... you can look it up on wiki if you don't believe me.... cool stuff

To answer the question from months ago. The Yamaha Banshee was based off of this motor. the motor was from a streetbike and the banshee motor is basically identical except for gear ratios in the trans and it does not have the ypvs
