So it seems, according to your video that when the Sole hits the water it immediately forms a homogeneous solution(within seconds). I noticed your immediately poured your water (to your final drinking cup) off without shaking the quart of Sole dilution. I would have thought the top water would not have totally mixed with the Sole that quickly.

I believe what I used was the real Himalayan salt. I prepare the sole (solay) solution and partake a teaspoonful in the morning on an empty stomach. It is very potent, so I am careful to use it only for a week or two at time.

I use it in moderation. A few years ago, I used it to detoxify my body. I dissolved it in pure water with the recommended 26% salt to water. It is my understanding that it somehow changes where it becomes neither salt nor water. I feel that it desolves aluminum, etc, and I use it to rid my body of heavy metals. Salt can erode the metal on a car, and I think it can dissolve and eliminate harmful metals from the body. Not sure what exactly is contained in the coral color of the salt.

What a great video. When combined is seems to me like it would be like a liquid crystal. I do this every day with love and appreciation. To me it seems to restructure the water. I also put the lid on my jar and spin it to make a vortex after every couple drinks.

How does one know that the Himalayan salt comes from the Himalayas? I recently read that Salt from mines in Pakistan are being passed off as this, because there are no salt mines in the himalayas. Also this Pakistan salt can overdose you with flouride in these sole drinks. Your comments please.

thank you for the video I made this just last week i feel so much better seems as if my kidneys are not retaining water like before. I urinate more cuantity and, seem slimmer. I do use it on my body on the souna to sweat it is amazingn and to put on my food. I had a pain on my lower back and it is gone after a week I had this pain for years. I am confused. When the 26% brine solution is added to the glass of water it becomes diluted. Why not just add some salt to a glass of water and drink it? Please advise

The salt takes a few hours to totally dissolve. That's why you do the salt sole thing.

Ive just started using Himalayan salt..purely for cooking (the taste is amazing)! But I think after watching vids like this one, I think this is another natural product that has been suppressed , along with Hemp/Marijiuana/etc.

All of which are criminal to possess or grow..
