did he really say, that it's a problem that the gt3 rs doesn't have an a/c? you sure can get a 911 with a/c but in this special version it's meant to be a cup car! where it's all about weight reduction. an air condition gives a car an extra 15 - 20 kg. that is more weight than you can save with ceramic discs for example.

@Auxois I know that this is a very old post, but in britian they call it Brake Horse Power, which here we call it Wheel horse power, same measurement unit just a different term. The only reason i can think of that he would have had under the listed 1001hp is if the $30,000 optional key for the full hp was not supplied, but i think its quite a bit more than a 18hp drop without that key.
