People who rock like Jemina P or Karen O is obviously just being themselves and letting go. I know it from myself performing. I get compared to others too, and get told that i sound like this guy or that girl and so on, even tho' i'm just fuckin' up and being myself.

By the way Karen O has way more experience, variation and.. skills generally to her than Jemina. Even tho Jemina still rocks my pants off.

Which one you like the best is just a matter of taste.

Ugh. Any time a girl performs rock on stage with just the slightest bit of enthusiasm "OMFG KAREN O!!!!!". I remember back when Karen O was relentless, and unfairly, being compared to the ol' chicks of the 70s/80s (Pat Benetar, Joan Jett, you get the picture).

Point is, knock it the fuck off. When someone's performing on stage, it's the ultimate display of one's self and courage. There's hardly any time to contemplate copying someone else's stage essence. Pearl's just being herself.
