  • Muito boa técnica de perna, mas o praticante caminha sem elegância. Os passos são "picadinhos", com elevação dos quadris em cada um deles, o que é uma falha comum em muitos atletas.

  • Promising! Few nit-picks though: blocks should be moving sideways to deflect the attack - with supporting body rotation - not pushed out along the line the attack is expected on. Back stances have the back hip almost over the back leg, these are fixed stances (e.g. 0:11, 0:31) as the centre of mass is halfway between the feet. Kneeing foot should be vertical. Turning kick 0:32 is middle section. Side kicks are too high. I can't see body mechanics: hip rotation or sine wave? Cheers, Tony

  • @TonesterD being a second degree black belt I can definitely concur and agree with this as well. The main thing I notice when watching a lot of these forms is that most of the martial artist's hands fly all over the place when they throw a kick. The kicks still looks good, but if one can learn to keep a tight all around body, it will just make the form look "that" much better. These are things I have been taught so it may vary from school to school. Overall very nice! 5/5

  • look better

  • now, i am no expert, but the only kick in this pattern that is to be to high section is the turning kick right before the back piercing kick, the rest should be to middle section. someone of this level should know such a thing.

  • excellent control, i must agree. i see a subtle difference from my school's version, being that we take two full steps forward before making the jump side kick. i like your application better, because the kick isn't targeted six feet in front of you. very well done.

  • If you check the Taekwondo Encyclopedia by Gen Choi, this is the correct version. Many schools teach the jump kick with 2 steps probably because it is easier that way.

  • Great Control! Very good example Sir!
