I like using beef blood better. It seems to stick better to the meat. i dont like dinuguan that when you scoop the meat the pork gets all oily and the blood does not stick to the pork.
when she said "igisa", its not just putting the ingredients together. "IGISA" is SAUTE in english then there should be a caption sAying combining all ingredients and simmering.overall it's a good video.
