Is there any video where you have to find the final velocity vector, following an acceleration vector that pushes the initial velocity vector to a new angle, so that you have to find the angle of the final velocity vector?
@chocolovemocha Hi. No, the initial veolcity is V1 and is 8m/s[E30N] and the final velocity is V2 and is 5m/s[E]. I hope that clears up your question.
@HerlockSholmes123 I think you might be right. The angle 63.4 is written as [W 63.4 S] which is the same direction as [S 30 W] (with some rounding to 30). I get a triangle for the 5[E] + 8[W30S] that gives me components of 1.93 [W] and 4 [S] which makes a triangle to the left 1.93 and down 4 so the tan of the angle = 4/1.93 which gives you 64 degrees. I hope this helps.
thank you i was in to drugs thought high school i first found your videos in nov. 09 sence than i have past my alp programe with 97% and am of to university next year to study physics to become teacher or a engineer not shoure yet thank you
em... rulers and protractor to calculate answers for your vector acceleration question!? noooooooooooooooo... this is not awesome. this is garb. try attatching those two vectors tail to tail, then find the distance between those two head points using Cosine Law. Then, use your brain to figure out the exact vectors using Sine rule. Acceleration is V/T; so, get the accerlation value, and apply the vectors. This video is pure garbage
I'm sorry you did not like this video. Our grade 11 students use graphing methods when first learning vectors so that they get a feel for what vectors are. Our grade 12 students would use cosine and sin laws to solve this but our intention was help those just starting to use vectors.
We have other videos that use algebraic methods, so please check those out.
@geekydude777 Chickens at rest stay at rest, chickens in motion tend to stay in motion. The chicken was obviously in motion in a vector in which the road could be transversed and particles of mass with opposing vectors of force were not encountered.
Nicely done, although for community viewing puposes it would be better to have an explanation of the calculations, as I don't know wtf I just watched. Good video though, very nicelt presented.

I'm sure an "s" is used for displacement as D and d are already used so Yer wrong ye wee baw bag Advanced higher mofo ,

You mentions the "Big 5 Equations" any chance there is a link to these? It would help to have these as I went through the rest of the videos.
