  • My max are 120's for 8 reps and Im fairly lean(5'11 @ 175lbs)'. My favorite thing to do is outlifting or matching juice monkeys twice my size all without grunting and making all kinds of noise to draw attention to myself.

    Way to go, it feels great when you can push weight like that without juice. You wont have to worry about having bitch tits when you get older haha

  • To all the people saying he has bad form, its obviously working for him. I also lift like that to avoid injury. If you go past 180 degrees across your chest then you're increasing the chance that you'll do more damage then gain to your muscle.

  • Thanks for the comments, I don't use steroids, been lifting hard and working naturally. Did several natural tested shows during this time.  ALso, there are several guys out there faking my vids, so if you want to reach me, I have my email posted here. I do have face book too.   • 2 Questions. How much could you do at 17? And how many calories do you think you are consuming in a day?

  • Depends on your strenght, condition etc.. Don't look at the number of the weights, everyone feels the same resistance when lifting wieghts!

    And the calories is differend for each body. It also depends on what you do on an avarage day etc etc etc. It's it said that males use about 2500 kcal each day.. WITHOUT doing any real activities like weight lifting or others sports. But like i said, it depends on too many factors for me to say how many you burn a day.

  • No, size doesn't always contribute to strength. I started working out at 160lbs benching 160lbs. Within 4 months I was benching 225lbs, how much weight did you think I gained, none at all.
