yo man sick lifts, i duno why these people saying bad form, your triceps are parallel to the floor imo going any lower would risk an injury especially with the ridiculous weight your doing, what do you eat to get like that ? you take any supplements ? like protein or glutamine ?
p.s. those dumbbells are sick we only get the rubber coated ones at my gym =(
My max are 120's for 8 reps and Im fairly lean(5'11 @ 175lbs)'. My favorite thing to do is outlifting or matching juice monkeys twice my size all without grunting and making all kinds of noise to draw attention to myself.
Way to go, it feels great when you can push weight like that without juice. You wont have to worry about having bitch tits when you get older haha

And the calories is differend for each body. It also depends on what you do on an avarage day etc etc etc. It's it said that males use about 2500 kcal each day.. WITHOUT doing any real activities like weight lifting or others sports. But like i said, it depends on too many factors for me to say how many you burn a day.
