Still, I would have preferred if they had kept the classic headlight, like the one of my k5 bandit...

without the classic headlight the bandit just doesn't seem a bandit!

Wow, I can't remember hearing a song performed in so many different ways, this is like the 10th different version and must keep in mind it was composed by a guy who died on 1706!!! Amazingly the partiture remained "unknown" until the 1910's when it was discovered.

I used to have a Yellow 2003 K3 GSF-600, what a masterpiece also!.

@FlAvIuS861 Actually the "first" bandit was designed and built arround 1987-1989 and it was a 250 model. From the GFS250 to the GSF1250S the bandit has proved beeing a great bike notwithsanding the relatively low price. I just love them :D

Nossa... se vier para 2010 vou ficar só esperando sair com a promoção de 1 ano de seguro grátis e compro.... Sempre gostei da Bandida, mas atualmente ela tá com um visual meio ultrapassado.... Se vier com essa cara nova com certeza comprarei.

would u recommend this bike for a first time rider (6'1 ft.) in spite of being a 4 cyls. engine?

In spite of being 4cyl? Not all 4 cyl bikes are the same, and the same goes for 1 or 2 cyl bikes, so whatever you mean by that, forget about it. There's 1cyl bikes that'll kill you in the first few meters, and 4cyl bikes that purr like a kitten and are smooth as hell, and the bandit is one of them. Just stay away from bikes with low cc's and high horspower ratings if you don't know what you're doing.

Can't go wrong with a bmw f650gs for a beginner's bike. So comfortable, light and pleasure to ride.. One you've mastered that, jumpt up to a vmax or bandit 1200 ;oD
