There are white people on campus and even more at the vet school. The difference is it's predominantly black people. The culture is different. I have frineds and cousin who play or have played at Albany State, Fort Valley State, Clark Atlanta, and Benedict College, Shaw, St. Augustine, and Howard. There all talkin smack about whose team will be better. It brings a lil something extra. Bragging about your favorite football team like UGa is nice. But it's another thing to be able to brag about Albany State, the school you went to.
Not to mention it show cases teams that other wise would never see the light of day in a video game. I'm from greorgia. We have five HBCU's, four with football teams. I can't wait to play the Albany State v. Fort VAlley rivary. The Battle of the Bands at Halftime. You have to have been around HBCU football to no what I'm talking about. It's just different. It brings some excitement to those kids who always had to create the school instead of them being on there.

This game has cool unlockables. When you rush for over a 1000 yards you unlock " The White girlfriend" . Theres a cool minigame where you drive to your scheduled weeks game on the bus get pulled over by a white cop. Thats when the real fun starts the game takes a GTA turn and you have to blast yo way out of the honkys to make it to the game on time

no, it is not about just building a school based on race because of the struggles that race may have faced in the past. Black Historical Colleges and Universities for an example allow anyone of any race to attend and were created to give black college students during the time period of segregation here in America, a chance to be accepted in an environment where they could receive a fair opportunity for education. The key word here is HISTORY not reparations.
The schools have diversified their enrollment greatly in the past decades. But they won't lose their historical identity. That would be like tell Notre Dame to stop calling themselves the Fighting Irish.

HBCUs and UNCF type of organizations were created because blacks didn't have that chance to succeed. HBCU does not mean that a white student cannot attend, hell, a white student, or any other non-black student can receive a minority scholarship to an HBCU just like any student that would be a minority at a predominately (insert race here) school.

Historically black colleges aren't racist. One of my best friends went to one (Cheney University "the first black college in the nation")and he's white. He was even the quarterback for the football team. They are called historically black because of of their origins. African Americans werent allowed access into other schools so they had to be created.Notre Dame is historically catholic but they dont just let catholics in. BYU is historically mormon. Anyone can go to these schools.

The only reasons these schools were created was that black people were not allowed to attend every other college or university. Now, the college football experience is much different after the years of separation. So yes this was born from racism. Its not as simple as you would like to understand it to be.

People need to get past the title and enjoy what the game has to offer....and if you haven't been to a HBCU then you need to go...from watching the fraternities stroll during the game (blu phi!) to the dancers...to the band is an experienced unparalleled to any other football game...can't wait for xbox ver.

There are white people on campus and even more at the vet school. The difference is it's predominantly black people. The culture is different. If I go watch the Million Dollar Band at Alabama, are they gonna play Plenty Money this season? I know WE will. Will they play a whole bunch of Earth Wind and Fire? It's a different cultural experience, and for that matter, it's one that does NOT exclude white, male, christians. Or Baha'i's in the case of our tuba player.

I have frineds and cousin who play or have played at Albany State, Fort Valley State, Clark Atlanta, and Benedict College, Shaw, St. Augustine, and Howard. There all talkin smack about whose team will be better. It brings a lil something extra. Bragging about your favorite football team like UGa is nice. But it's another thing to be able to brag about Albany State, the school you went to.

I can't wait to play the Albany State v. Fort VAlley rivary. The Battle of the Bands at Halftime. You have to have been around HBCU football to no what I'm talking about. It's just different. This game has cool unlockables. When you rush for over a 1000 yards you unlock " The White girlfriend" . Theres a cool minigame where you drive to your scheduled weeks game on the bus get pulled over by a white cop. Thats when the real fun starts the game takes a GTA turn and you have to blast yo way out of the honkys to make it to the game on time

no, it is not about just building a school based on race because of the struggles that race may have faced in the past. Black Historical Colleges and Universities for an example allow anyone of any race to attend and were created to give black college students during the time period of segregation here in America, a chance to be accepted in an environment where they could receive a fair opportunity for education. I think both of you are missing a point.
HBCUs and UNCF type of organizations were created because blacks didn't have that chance to succeed. HBCU does not mean that a white student cannot attend, hell, a white student, or any other non-black student can receive a minority scholarship to an HBCU just like any student that would be a minority at a predominately (insert race here) school.
BET was created for much the same reason, MTV didn't show much hip-hop/R&B during it's early years cont.

but for the vast majority enslave Africans they where hunted down, shot and taken from their
homes in numbers or individually. And most tribal

I was thinking the same thing as like half of the world why would you come out with a game with only black colleges but see in most peoples minds their like well it says black colleges which means theres no white people but actually there are alot of white people that attend black colleges, see this game has all black colleges in the usa unlike how in ncaa football games they only have about 5-10 this game is just something different just to inform everyone

If you don't like it, don't play it. Yes this game concerns only one race, SO WHAT!? Racism has nothing to do with this game, and the same goes for Resident Evil 5, which I enjoyed playing. Personally I don't care if there was a so called "White, Asian, etc" game, if I liked it I would play the game and not even consider any aspect of racism. Maybe you guys should do the same.

Historically black colleges aren't racist. One of my best friends went to one (Cheney University "the first black college in the nation")and he's white. He was even the quarterback for the football team. They are called historically black because of of their origins. African Americans werent allowed access into other schools so they had to be created.Notre Dame is historically catholic but they dont just let catholics in. BYU is historically mormon. Anyone can go to these schools.

I understand wut ur saying but i disagree with the whole white college football thing...the reason y they call it black college football is because Historically Black colleges are the schools in the game..they dont have historically white colleges so therefore if they called it white college football it wud have no significance. and the reason y they have historically black colleges is because wen slavery was going on blacks werent allowed into colleges so they started colleges for blacks

Not Bitchin but I got this game last year at Circuit City(closed now) and depends on your taste of a PC football game, if you just like Arcade style game and nothing else, well this game is for you, but if you want a game that features Managing, FRANCHISE Season, Create a player, stadium etc., and editable, well you'll be very disappointed with this game, this game does not even have a Franchise nor the ability to Create player.

You need to understand the history behind something before you all it racist.. Yes, there is a double standard, but lets see if the roles were reversed and your ancestry was stripped of its culture, and treated like sub human by the powers that be, until less than 60 years ago, lets see if you would not start 'black' colleges, and black pride movements. It was never about 'fuck' non blacks, but about taking back your pride. If you dont like it, blame the fuckers who brought the slaves over here

You do realize that your own tribal leaders SOLD YOU into slavery, it wasn't just that whites came over and stole you. I'm not trying to denounce what happened to you, or say how you were treated wasn't awful, but you DO realize that shit like this is only furthering the divide between cultures, rather then bringing us together. And I'm sorry, but if whites created white only colleges, scholarships etc it would be racist, so it should be the same for blacks. Just my opinion.

uh... you think that these well known colleges across the country were originally set up for non whites?? Black colleges were set up for lack of good college education for blacks. You just dont understand man, I cant explain it to your either, choose to ignore the history behind race relations in this county, and get mad about black colleges, video games, etc

actually it is easier for whites 2 get into black colleges then blacks to get in regardless of their grades. this is a true fact u can look it up. black colleges encourage whites to attend their colleges thats y they allow majority of whites who apply to black colleges admission.

Oh stop it now! Seriously! I feel for the black ancestors,, i really do, and what happened to them was horrible and wrong,, but enough is enough!! I never owned a slave, so why should i be punished for something i didnt do. I never went to college cause we couldnt afford it,, but if i was black, i would of cause there's a United negro college fund,, no white college fund,, that is not fair! If i had White pride,, you would call me racist, and you know its true.
