What can I say, In a tourney ANYTHING can happen. Luck does have a little to play with it, in terms of WHO you get paired up with, not how you play.

However Neo, IS an amazing Juri probably the best there is. He didn't do as well this year as last year EVO, but this year's Evo was packed full of Beat down players.

Not only that but to increase your chances of winning a tourney, you need to play a character that has good consistancy. Juri is not a consistant character.
