I have a suggestion, that you may want to take or not:

Is it possible that Honeydew could also record what he's seeing and then whilst editing you could have half screen Lewis and the other Simon. It'd be confusing but then we wouldn't miss anything if you split up! Just an idea, if you can't do it for whatever reason. It doesn't really matter.
