I'm surprised you didn't mention your spirit guides and guardian angel anywhere in both of your videos to protect you while you astral travel.

And what do you actually experience when you begin to leave your body, such as your body vibrating or any sounds you hear, many people have these experiences before leaving their body.

What exactly happens when God takes you out? You didn't explain the journey after that. Other out of body videos talk about travelling to other places and visiting other dimensions. What you described sounds like you pray yourself to sleep and then wake up later. Does your consciousness separate from your physical body? I'm interested in what someone of your strong Christian faith feels about these things.

@zoeyjusko I travel to different realms, see angels, receive visitations from prophets, saints, mystics and saints - I am guided about my spiritual journey, given specific instruction regarding my own faults and failings and my path in spirit . . . @MarilynnHughes Thank you for responding to me. I grew up Orthodox. We're just like the Catholics except we don't have statues. My family and church community is divided on astral travel. Some say it's wonderful and others say it's opening the door to evil entities. That's why I love your protection ritual. I need to feel protected and safe when I do this. Your videos have made me feel alot better about this.

@MarilynnHughes I also keep a prayer rope around my hand when I sleep at night. It's like a rosary, but in the Orthodox faith, prayer ropes are made from yarn. The Russians call it Chotki, the Greeks call it Komboskini. My cousin made me one and it is very precious to me. She said she was praying for me the entire time she was making it. And I can feel that when I hold it. The energy and the love that went into it is absolutely palpable. I sleep with it every night.

@rpm1096 Denominations - Baptist, Methodist, Lutheran, Foursquare Gospel, Presbyterian, Episcopalian, etc., Sola Scriptura means 'Scripture Alone.' They believe in Scripture alone, faith alone . . . without works. Catholics don't because we believe in the Apostolic Tradition handed down by the Fathers of the Church.

You people are very good, i was an average iorish catholic, but i find the more i try to find out about God and my purpose on this earth, the further i get away from the christian core values. I am aware or sense change, but don't know why. I think i am afraid, because i now realise i have foolishly waste my life. We all have to pay the ferry man, or like the virgins and the oil for their lamps, i think i am not smart enough to understand what i need or should do. Had to get that off my chest

marilyn i started doing this afew weeks ago and i start to have very pleasant dreams.last night i was in a palace and as i walked toward the gate i saw that all floor is made by diamond and ruuby.grass were so bright and suddenly 2 camel run in to the palace they were smiling and they had dishes on thier back full of fruit and food and each one of them had 2 bird sitting camly on a plate they were colorfull and smilling as well...my sister came to me and she had a shoes on made by jewelery

Yes, I have stopped trying also because I think it does tend to attract other entities. Doing more meditation work and going into trances, have been using more "protective mechanisms" but I am progressing more cautiously. I use tibetan singing bowls and say prayers, also visualize a cross inside a circle after I am done with my meditation. I agree with Marilynn's rituals, I am not christian or catholic, so the initial protective rituals are a little difficult for me to do. Great video!

i sorta back away from obeing because i at one point seemed to attract a lower life form, either a phatom or grey entity with eyes that were silver disc like . Now, if i would of had protection or knew to do such things i would of continued. I can still obe but it seems that i've told myself to stay close by . While camping in the desert i also ran into some trouble.. which indicated i still need protection. if i were to get back on that horse i should take notes here. Thanks alot for this info
