All this is is an ipod touch emulator on a windows vista touch pc with an application that makes the mac bar on the bottom. The task bar is probly on the left side.

The shift in colour may be explained by this being a development kit without the glossy screen however why would the apple tablet OS just be a series of iphone apps? (With the keyboard restricted to the app windows instead of the whole screen). Which leads people to believe this is in fact a fake.

Why is this fake?

1. Touching the Notes icon creates discoloration typical for a laptop LCD, bending the thin glass. A tablet would have a thick glass cover like the iPhone.

2. The Notes window's movement does not correspond with the finger's (best seen when stepping frame by frame). Basically, the whole thing runs as a movie and the guy tries to act in sync with it.

3. There is a huge delay between touching a key and the letter "popup" showing. It's instantaneous on the actual iPhone.

I'm going against the crowd and saying this is real.

I think it's brilliant, running the existing Apps in little (dare I say it) windows. Why not open up the existing App Store market on release? It only makes sense this will run a glorified, customizable iPhone OS. And notice the mobile version of google in the bg?

Of course they'll add a keyboard for release, but the existing iPhone apps have the iPhone OS as core, and load the small keyboards by default.

I don't think it's real either. Looks more like someone's concept. To the people complaining about the small floating iPhone apps though, there are rumors that it will run existing iphone apps as widgets like that while new, more advanced apps can be written to take advantage of the full screen.
