  • The Asians ate them later on.

    Asians eat fucking anything.

  • @mrceebees14 Racist and mean. Seriously are you a child?

  • @LOTRfan1995 We are all children of god.

  • LOOK AT THESE OTTERS MAN

  • THEY'RE SO CUTE!!!!!!!! ^_^

  • Otters have to be my favorite of all marine creatures.

  • they sound like they were about to sing MGMT songs.

  • Omg, all I want to do is just roll around in that otter pile and just snuggle with otters

  • they sound like those harry potter plants! I think there called mandrages?

  • I love how they all just got quiet for a second when they looked at you, and then started back up.

  • They don't even sound real XD

  • I believe these otters won't be released as they are Asian Short Clawed otters so won't survive in our habitat and not a natural specie compared to the European otter Lutra Lutra

  • I also forgot to say this is probably a family group which Asian otters are usually in family groups where the European otter is mainly solitary and male and female come together to breed and as soon as the cubs are born usually around 2 but can have anything 1-4 cubs they will live with the mother for the for the first year of their lives before going off to find their own area. I work at an otter trust so know my facts.

  • @otterman3 Our Otters here in Northern Ontario are also loners. The little ones stay with Mom a year or so and then they're off on their own until they mature and mate and raise their own isolated little families. Have you ever seen Otter Slides? Or an otter sliding? They're almost as adept in snow as they are in water! Beautiful creatures!!!!!

  • @TheBrendadale Yes, I have seen an otter slide and also running and sliding on ice, they are so graceful i8n water and also on ice, I have seen otters kill a Grey Heron by swimming under the water and the poor heron did not see the otter till it was too late and by that time the otter had it by its feet and dragging it into the water.

  • I agree, I'm no expert in Otters in the world. As you probably know Otters are found on all continents except Australia and Antarctica, but different regions have very slight differences (it's called evolution).

I was just a tourist at an Otter sanctuary that day.

I was at the time working for The Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust at the time and chatted to some of the guys there about the re introduction we had done with your guys at the Otter trust 20 yrs ago at 2 reserves of ours

  • I wonder how they taste...

If huge disaster occurs, decimating the human race, these critters will definitely be on the menu.

  • @UnknovvnMike How little you know. If a disaster decimates the human race (Thus removing our advantage of numbers), YOU'LL be on the menu for THEM. Adorable, squeaky murder machines. And you know what? They're so damned cute, you'll try to hug each and every one while they're gnawing your flesh off the bones.

  • Aww they cry like my kitty. So cute.

  • 0:23 that always happens in class. its weird XD

  • It literately sounds like they are saying, "Love us" like people are saying. O.O They are so cute, though.

  • i LOVE otters

  • They sound like Mandrakes form Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets O_O

  • @Shippou011 XD THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING BEFORE I READ THE COMMENTS wow im to happy about that i need to calm down lol

  • oh god.. worse than seagulls

  • LOL!! 0:23 they were noisy then on 0:24 they stopped and saw u and then on 0:25 THEY START COMING TO U AND DO NOISY THINGS AGAIN!!

  • i like how they all pause together lol (: adorable!

  • That's the saddest cute thing ever.

  • Ottapile! <3

  • THEY ARE KITTENS!

  • They almost sound like KITTENS! :)

  • THIS IS SO CUTE I WANT TO DIE.

  • @LadyofSpoons then kill yourself. Because an allegator broke into their pen last week and ate all of them.

  • @Soundsystemcaptain they are a part of a release programe

  • @Soundsystemcaptain

    NEVER!

    FIGHT FOR THEM, COWARD!

    WE MEET AT DAWN!

  • GAH...CUTENESS...OVERLOAD!!!

  • Auquard silence!

  • No they can't and shouldn't

  • can they be kept as pets like dogs?

  • @GianTheMan91

No, otters are extremely active and territorial, and they stink worse than ferrets. They're wild animals that require specialized care and a particular environment.

  • @nurb101 really? cause it looks to me as if they could easily be kept as dog like pets

  • Otters have hivemind! I never knew!

  • 8 people hate baby otters

  • oommgggg *head explodes into candy*

  • I bet girls are watching this and their heads all go "PouF!" of over cuteness!

  • @Opiuth or they feel ashamed for there fur coat ...:-D

  • sounds like thy`re saying " help us" .

  • they are probably rallying to go kill the time child and the united atheist alliance as they are inferior for they use tables when they have perfectly good tummies to eat on.

  • Comment removed

  • must be females

  • Man, they sound like those mandrakes-thingies from HP2. xDD

  • are they all babies?

  • Adorable cry!!! I want one D: but they are better of in the ocean with their parents

  • The people do the same thing the otters are doing.

  • they sound so cute!

  • hahaha

  • They´re playing Ivory Statues xD I want to hug them <3

  • What would you rather...Live in captivity for your whole life? OR have one year in the wild and be free. UPSETTING! IDk it's just upsetting.

  • @HeatherLeo13 except, I love those morons that go and take animals that have been in captivity all their life, and they set them free.

Ummm hello? They're used to getting fed and stuff being done for them! They wouldn't survive in the wild after this!

Aside from that, I think it's a perfect way to keep an animal safe.

  • @MurderDeathKill01 I didn't say that! I'm just saying all of our wild animals should be free. I know they aren't technically "owned" in this facility but people shouldn't be able to own them regardless. It makes me sick. Humans are savages, worse than any animal I have seen and it disgusts me. I'm just saying that when I first saw this I thought they were abused and that was upsetting!

  • @HeatherLeo13 I'd say Animals can go be free all they want, but once it comes to a point where animals are endangered and are being hunted regardless of laws against it, they need to be in a protected environment such as this. Regardless if there's a fence around it. The animals get fed, they produce offspring, and once a large amount of offspring are generated, future generations of offspring are released into the wild with their parents at birth.

  • @HeatherLeo13 Let's see... would you rather spend your whole life in 'captivity', fed every day, played with every day, and without any concerns, or spend one year in 'freedom', risking life and limb for a meal the size of your paw?

There are a lot of people that, given the chance, would jump at the opportunity to release these creatures into the wild, but that would actually be the same as someone running into your house with a gun and chasing you onto the street shouting "Be free! Be free!"

  • @HeatherLeo13 Well yea, but in reality, if this many otters were born and raised in the wild maybe 5 would live over half of there life span, and idk how many of them would die naturally. I hate captivity, but you know, the way people are today, how people live (pollution, war, hunting, destroying land) in reality....though I may not like that this is the truth, they are better in captivity. And hey, they have lots of friends, in the wild they wouldn't have this many.

  • Oops someone forgot to put new batteries in the electronic otters XD. They certainly look happy.

  • Comment removed

  • they kinda sound like pikman.

  • lol the pauses when they look at the camera :) so noisy

  • i want one as a pet now xDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

  • THEY ARE SSOOO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!

  • Funny how they'll squeak like this to each other until one of them gives up food. They must get on each other's nerves XD

  • Lol!! That's so cute and funny. Especially when thy all pause and then start squealing again that's cute

  • I'm not an expert on animal linguistics, but I do believe I can decipher what they're saying... *ahem*

"LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US--"

    ...

"LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US LOVE US!!!"

    That is all.

  • @ShadowDimentio I DO LOVE THEM.

  • @ShadowDimentio why should they promote to love the US ??? - they are eurasien otterts ....:-/

  • @ShadowDimentio As someone with weasel's your translation is slightly off, what they are saying is:

"TREATS?!? TREATS?!? TREATS?!? TREATS?!? TREATS?!? TREATS?!? TREATS?!? TREATS?!? TREATS?!? TREATS?!? TREATS?!? AWWWWWWWWWWWWW. TREATS?!? "

  • @ShadowDimentio they sound like a flock of squeaky toys!!!

  • "AHHHH, AHHHHHH, AHHHH WHAT?!.....AHHHHH,AHHHHHH!"

  • XD This is so cute.

    "Let ussss ouuuuuttttt" XD

  • They're all hugging one otter, all of them are! So adorable. They must be clinging to their mates.

  • Oh my gosh, so cute! I love how they all pause at the same time and then keep going. XD

And to anyone who says these otters are unhealthy/badly taken care of: No they are not. Look at their faces and fur. They are not skinny, they are well fed and are being curious looking at the people. That sound they make is normal. Geez....people need to chill.

  • Der sooo cute!

  • I want one!!!!

  • Why are they crying? :(

  • @soobwhale they're waiting to be fed

  • @renn1823 so cute but such a sad noise.

  • @soobwhale i know, they sound really unhappy

  • They sound CUTE! They sound squeaky.

  • Oh...dear...lord...cute beyond reason...bastards...

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahashahhahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahah i love otters :)

  • AWWWW!!! they just want free!!! give them a pong or a lake to swim in! those basterds i would be over there hugging them

  • @twilightsaga1245 ...It's a wildlife park. Animals are to have minimal contact with humans, if I'm not mistaking. Besides, I'm sure they have a pond or a lake nearby considering it's a /wildlife park/.

  • OH MY GOD!!! THOSE POOR FREKIN OTTERS!!!! SET THEM FREE!!!!

  • translation......FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lol their pause's are priceless

  • @Darkheart101 lol when I read that before watching the video I thought you were cutifying (should definitely be a word) "paws"

much more sense as I just watched the video, and I concur whole heartedly.

  • @Darkheart101 Pause's???

  • @zavatone When they pause for a couple seconds and then they start making noises again. It's cute.

  • OTTERS!!!!!!

  • shmee shmee :D

  • Oh yes, they've quite learned how to make humans hearts melt. Devious little critters.

  • I think they are adorable! I bet they are well taken care of too

  • ....they sound like mandrakes XDDD

  • other otters are mating other otters are crying other otters want fish

  • they are yelling

    "WE WANT FISH!!"

  • Note the disappointment in their voices when no fish is forthcoming.

  • I never thought otters could sound so cute! X3

  • AWWWWWWWWWW THE"YRE SO CUTE! I JUST WANT TO PICK THEM UP AND HOLD THEM LIKE BABIES! :)

  • ...they sound like pikmin

  • I've been here! Love the otters, so cute, but the wolf enclosure is definatly the best. ^_^

  • @ 0:24 seconds its like somebody hit the pause button

  • @catman63879 I keep watching it over and over again:D

  • Who's up for an orgy?

  • are they singing?

  • @aoeoa1 The otter choir. Otter choir directer, No No No, you guys are all off key.

  • Awwwww you cute little otters are so cute I just want to pick you up and hold you like babies.

  • awwww their so cute

  • I have been to this place twice. It is a must if you are in the New Forest. I used to hunt on a farm that had otters. The keeper had trained them to come for food when he called. Its Very legal to interfere with wild otters like that. But, to see completely wild otters coming up to get the food like a pet ferret is a life changing experience.

  • Cause of the sun, for the first few seconds I thought those were badgers, lol.

  • Cuteeeeeeeeeee!!:D

  • They are so cute I just want to take them all home with me lol

  • What little show-offs! They must know how cute they are!

  • Otterly adorable.

  • i wonder why they mimic each other =>.<=

  • @thebenchwarmer They are not mimicking each other. They are muling. It’s a bit like a dog winging because it cant get to the food. Or wants out to the loo. They are not unhappy. But just want to be out so they can investigate stuff. Otters don’t like fences and get frustrated when one is between them and where they want to go.

  • looks like a huge otter meeting.

  • lmao they sound like my dogs chew toy. as i was watching this video my dog came running into the room looking around for his toy.

  • @jackJber lol, that's hilarious..

  • @jackJber did he find it or did he knock over your monitor?

  • @mshk1989 lol i didnt have his toy. and then he looked at me funny.. thought i was tricking him

  • @jackJber that poor thing

  • @mshk1989 lol nah he loves me:)

  • Go otters! That's the sound of otters. Never heard it before. So cute! I love it! I love hearing people laugh about that too

  • I guess I just don't believe that--they don't need us. They like pools and lakes, not streams, I believe, they look like they want to climb the fence...I've seen many otters swimming in zoo, and that's just about all they do. Why isn't there video of them swimming there????

  • Otters like to swim--why aren't they in a BIG POOL -like in most other zoos- especially as there's SO MANY of them? SELFISH & Cruel (the usual for human behavior)

  • @qn35 It was said in a previous comment from the poster that there is a stream for them to swim in if they want. They choose to migrate to the area where humans will see them cause I am sure they want attention over swimming for a while or they wouldn't be there.

  • @qn35 Yes, they should be

  • was für ne orgie die armen tiere

  • "oh feed us feed us feed us feed us HEY WHAT WAS THAT?! "

  • I do not understand why a wild life sanctuary in the New Forest in the UK would have a romp of what look suspiciously like Asian short clawed otters which are not even indigenous to the UK?

  • what will happen if they were all free?

  • its weird how they all talk together and then just take a pause LOL - are they waiting for the human response?

  • @TheFreakyOMG nope, otters are definitely not house pets! watch a ring of bright water :'(

  • Awwhhh how adorable! *__* <3

Especially the one using the others ones back as a pillow ;3

  • do they sell these as pets?

  • FEED ME!!!!!

  • Those aren't eurasians mate...

  • the noise they make is seriously the cutest thing ive ever heard omgg

  • They're so cute but it's sad they're in captivity.

  • The vuvuzela of the animal kingdom

  • @zerodayfilms I think you got confused with a swarm of angry bees.

  • cute

  • 0:24-0:26 is so freaking funny

  • no matter how well cared for an animal is, some idiot on youtube will always be sceaming "ABUSE! ABUSE!"

  • @nurb101: Otters may be "well fed" in captivity and "thus allow HUMANS to watch them (while their locked up) but otters left alone in the wild do EXTREMELY well and have since they evolved into the the species "otter".

  • @lukebccb

Well unfortunately they are still having trouble getting their numbers back in the wild, so in the mean time they have a massive enclosure, but spend a lot of time in that corner, which just so happens to be the only spot where humans can be near. So it seems they're just as curious about us.

    .

As for the "HUMANS" comment, whenever people talk about how awful people are, the world being better without them, they mean everyone BUT them. They never want to off themselves for the planet.

  • @nurb101 I think in their view we're the one in the cage for their viewing pleasure xD

  • he's no hevey, he my bruther

  • I love that like 1secound silence

  • Adorable!

  • Or because they want out. Can't tell if they're babies or not.

  • They're whining and crying because their mother isn't there. :/

  • 0:24 to 0:26 THIS IS SO CUTE :3

  • They're screaming help.... no more cage!!! lol. they are so cute, I love sea otters and would be upset if they weren't in captivity so I could see them be adorable.

  • Otters are smart, inventive, and perpetually on the lookout for a snack. Why would they crowd into one bare corner of their huge enclosure? I'm betting humans have occasionally ignored the rules and thrown food. If so, those otters aren't really pathetic; they're just trying to get the humans to throw more food.

  • "free me" "free me"

    how sad...

  • AAWW!! Its cute and funny

  • Poor babies.

  • Their hungry or it time to eat!
