its like this...the game is amazing but the glitches aren't...sure there's customization and major improvements over the svr series but it still has its flaws *naked caws, black ring of doom, broken servers, and a stubborn universe mode*...bottom line I'll say pick it up if you don't mind the flaws and want to see the new engine...but really I'll wait til wwe 13 or god willing a new fire pro wrestling comes out lol

This games suck reasons are the grapple, strikes and reversals. Especially the reversals they suck, I'm pressing it, pressing it but nothing I probably get 4 reversals out of the whole match so I thought it was my controller so I bought a new one but the same, so I test out the R2 button but it work fine so I thought it was me I'm time all my reversals but still nothing. Those grapple I pick out for my creation it seem like I only use 4 of them. I'm a pro at these games. this game let me down

Its a wrestling game, wheo really cares for a story? What someone would really expect from this game are their beloved wrestlers, arenas, character customization, and modes. The only time story mode is a factor in this game, is if it is needed 2 unlock features which an entertaining story mode will come in handy.

@cool8332 story is weak because there are more "behind the scenes" fights than actual matches. some of the story is good but other than wrestle, fight backstage at the 3 spots..there isnt much too it. check out some older wrestling games, they should have taken a little from all of them to create something speical. but where it lacks- it does well in the "creating" area.

The patch was complete bull-crap. It didn't fix anything and the online servers got worse. This game has a lot of glitches too. But it isn't awful. It definitely doesn't deserve a 9.0 and hopefully WWE 13 is the truly amazing wrestling game we have all been waiting for.

Awesome game, took awhile to get used to but the more I play the more I master it. Just recently purchased online axxess through the game and that made the game 100 times better. I was able to download my fav indy wrestlers like AJ Styles,RVD,Tj Perkins, shit even Great Muta,Masato Tanaka and Jushin Thunder Liger. I even downloaded the Ecw, Tna arenas. Community players R so passionate in making these wrestlers they even included all the different attires and finshers, everything is to the T.

I think WWE'12 is a lot better than the last few prequels. The AI really is much better now, wake up taunts are fraking awesome, RTWM is quite interesting and the roster is superb. What's not so great in WWE'12 is the still boring universe mode (too much random shit happens there) and the bad hit detection (flying moves rarely connect right). But overall it's a very big step up for the series. However... strangely I only played it for like 2 weeks and it got boring. Dunno maybe it's just me.

Not bad game. Amazing roster, great storymode, and great gameplay. Still has flaws but not as much as SVR 2008 - 2011. 9.0 seems like a fair score.
