@theXtreme1man He's not dead. He just got shot and was about to go to the hospital but saw the Sinister Five and engaged them. Now he's wounded and fighting them.
@Darman678 He's dead now. *Spoilers* He pretty much devastated everyone but the Goblin, but Gobby woke up and Mary Jane drove a truck into Goblin. Peter took her out of the truck and smashed Goblin with it. He would have survived, but the truck exploded.
