there are several ways to get a dog that looks like a Pomeranian-Husky mix. It would be important to know how it was done if one was going to buy it. Funfact: animal hybrids are usually named with the father's name first. So a Pomsky would have a Pomeranian father.

@jjohnnyyo its not a pomsky its an Alaskan Klee Kia, a pomsky is much smaller and has the structure of a Pomeranian. you should really get a blood test. unless your dog is deformed that happens with alaskan klee kia they are suppose to be no more than 15 inches but some grow to be 17
this dog looks like an alaskan klee kai. i can't find any information about pomsky on the internet but all of the pictures of pomsky's look like they are the same size of a pomeranian and they also structure as one as well.

He is about twice the size of a Pomeranian now, so it is not a full Husky size. I doubt Cody will grow much bigger, which is nice. I have to say that Cody is apparently the one that has grown the biggest amongst his siblings... according to the lady whom I got it from.

@tonochingonsaavedra There is hardly any precedent for me to know. All 7 pups from the mother, Cody has grown the largest. His siblings are smaller. Think it's a hit and miss. I find that it is really rare for a mix like that to come about due to the size difference of the parents, and it is actually cruel to force two extreme sized dogs to mate. As far as I know only one other successful case happened in the States. In Australia, this is the first. Heard of an Alaskan Klee Kai?
@chummybummy789 Yes, he is cute, but very naughty! lol. He was from an accidental litter, from a Siberian Husky breeder. The male husky got out of the enclosure, into their private property and mated with their Pomeranian (larger sized) which is their pet. Not very often you get a cross with these 2 breeds due to the size difference.
@psychey1 cody does look cheeky we have 2 pomskies KUMO and KIRA i think from the same batch they are so cute when i get a chance i will make a video and upload them
