You know what I also had a problem with copyright problem with my video (feel free to look at it...and no im not promoting it lol)

basically when youtube tells you that the is an issue with the song you are using, as long as you are not using it for any monetary gain or in any commercial or promoting sense (say...telling people of a brand name product) then you are free to use that song under copyright law cause its just for fun :P
