  • Hi...Thank you very much for posting this video. I am doing this for a week. Initially i used to do it once in the night or morning..but i didnt feel much difference. Then i used to practise for 5 times at a stretch. I felt very very alert and kinda feeling like massage my brain inside immediatly. Am i doing it right? Why this feeling? What s the ideal time for doing it and how many times a day

  • @MrVijay8836 You are doing it right...The feelinbg is due to you are doing this first time..Best time is before you go to bed...

  • I once read a book on how to improve your memory and before I had finished I could remember in order a list of 100 objects forwards or backwards. But I can`t do that no more because I forgot how. lol

  • i like this video anna it is good and the way you explained is was also good it is nor fast nor slow easy to understand for every one who dont understand englis by the peolpe who speak fast.u have confidence the this is u were speaking slow that's it but it is good to understand.

  • i understand the "plate" concept, but why would counting down numbers be good for memory? why would numbers going in backwards affect of all places memory?

  • @hustletip : memory is about recollecting things...so once u start going backwards in numbers it will help us to train the brain to go back in incidents which happend in the past. Thats why going back in numbers helps memory.

  • @MrAttitude45 : light a lamp in front of you and focus on the lamp for 5 minutes everyday...this is the simplest exercise for increasing concentration.

  • yes,,follow the increase memory exercise ...you can do this 10 times a day and as per my suggestion in effective learning...this will help to get good grade.

  • well if i count 100 to1 backwards i ll get sleep that for sure beacuse i saw on tv the girl didn't get sleep then her friend tells her that count to 100 she count she got sleep ur method is good for sleeping for the people who don't get sleep at night they get pissed in morning with every body.

  • The added advantage in doing this is increasing your memory...thats for sure...But you wont get the added advantage if you just do it once a week or once a month...Try it everyday and you can see the result.

  • yes you can do it even when laying on bed...its only the mental state which is important ..not the physical state.

  • good buddy.thks r that.i would like to add to this........if u want to remember what u have read the day long then just before sleeping close ur eyes n try to recollect...i call it memory travel.and u can further increase by doing the same as u wake up
