While it's impossible to destroy discrimination completely we can decrease it to a level where it is manageable, if not dormant. Remember that discrimination can't be killed without it affecting personal preference or personal morality of right and wrong. You can't challenge something without having a preference for what's considered right or wrong by you or society. If everything was to be accepted we wouldn't worry about war or crime since that is a preference in itself.

It is based on the fact that whites have been the majority in america for a couple hundred years and it has been much more common for whites to discriminate against other races during these years than it has been for other races to discriminate against whites. reverse discrimination is just an overcompensation for trying to make it "fair" by allowing minorities to reach the same status as whites.

I ran into reverse racism today. It wasn't as harsh as these guys but it was quite revolting.
I was in sabor latino today (our dance club) I was asking the dance leader if i could play micheal jackson in the thriller dance. The dance leader said i was too white and micheal has to be played by a black guy. Yes i was the whitest guy there but i had done nothing wrong and i had the dance down. So i guess i was too white and couldn't possibly do the dance. Talk about reverse racism.

To understand Racism, you must look at power and privilege, currently and historically in the United States white, middle age, heterosexual men succeed overwhelmingly in a society meant to keep people of color (asians, latinos, blacks, middle eastern and anyone non stereotypical white in appearance) underrepresented, marginalized and criminalized. This video shows me that you need to read about the issues more.

@Kloser4life dont group asians with blacks. Asians come to U.S and dance intellectual circles around whites, they own companies, and become engineers and partners in law firms. Surely they have nothing to with affirmative action, reporation cases, or advocate for or aid any groups like the Black Panthers in any way. XD Anyway, the only thing that was accomplished in the aftermath of the civil rights movement was not the elimination of discrimination, rather, it was the diversification of dicscrimination. Basically, what happened was that the white supremacists lost their stranglehold on the market of hate and now anyone could be a bigot, even the white supremacists. It is truly sad, is it not, folks?
