As far as street rap, Big L was one (or the) best. Tupac had emotion. I hate when people compare them, they were two totally different rappers. But Big L did have some good concept songs (Ebonics, How Will I Make It, The Heist, Casualties of a Dice Game and Street Struck, a song more inline with a Pac song).

But comparing a lot of rappers is a mistake. Even comparing Biggie to Pac because Biggie was all about streets.
