the drummer was amazing .. the rest .. epic fail :/ its SUCH a dramatic song and to play a really dramatic song like the Requiem For A Dream soundtrack, you need to be dramatic yourselves with your playing, and it was just not happening for ye. The guitarist was trying too hard to do the "this is dramatic but i dont really care so im gonna slouch and act like i dont give a shit" act & the rest stood looking completely bored, as if they thought of playing such an amazing song a chore to do.

I must agree with twentytwocenturyfox and skillet000red: it was sort of boring and monotonous, but still pretty good. You could spice it up a bit and bump the general 3.5/5 up to a 4.5 in my opinion.

Problem with requiem is it *is* repetitive and monotonous. It's not fun to listen to unless you have a percussion *section*, a bunch of cellos and violins layering over each other, and a choir singing epic nonsense. And maybe we should also add in a gigantic blasting brass section to give people emotional and tantamount seizures.
