Fernandez would have been a 5-time MVP kung di lang siya nayari sa Botohan ng mga taga-Purefoods back in 1989. Grand slam year ng SMB tapos ang pinapanalo nila si Benjie Paras na rookie of the year din and yet di naman nag-champion ang Shell that year ( 2 runner up finishes and early elimination sa 3rd conference).Shame on them!

alvin is the greatest power forward ever, he's a combination of science and strenght, he revolutionized the 4-spot, he was virtually unstopable during his time especially during crunchtime, he was not afraid to take the last shot, there are a lot of games that u saw him scored just 6 pts n he ist 3 qtrs, by the time the game was over he's got 25 and the hotdogs won the game, mabait p xa s fans, the true "franchise player"

IMHO, Patrimonio is the all-time best power forward ng PBA. Classic back-to-the-basket player. May tira pa sa tres. Olajuwon ng Pinas.

Hands down, si El Presidente ang the best ever ng PBA lalo na nung nasa Beer Hausen sya, 1984. Almost Triple-Double ang average.

As for Captain Lion Heart Patrimonio, his 4 MVPs alone speaks volume. one of the best, if not the best back-to-the basket player!

Before Kaypee, there was Grosby.  Ito ang "in" sa PBA from the early to the mid-80's. Even Billy Ray Bates had a signature shoe made for him.
