Dude, nice review! Agreed that this is a fine stick! Even in Washington these babies are reasonably priced. One more thing, you totally remind me of Jack Black. That's a compliment by the way. Time to go light up a Partagas 160!
I like the V but I don't see it near being a 97 at all. I gave a rating for this size in one of the forums and I gave it an 87. The first light had a good pepper kick to it but then into the first third it changed to a creamy milky flavor with pepper on the nose, which I liked. 2/3s in the cigar turned from creamy to more peppery and leathery for me and I didn't enjoy it as much as the first third.
The final third kept true but with more leather and not as much pepper as before. It's good...
...I also didn't have as much of a kick as you described, not even close to a Cuban Bolivar for example. The final third is what makes this cigar stay in the 80s for me, I really wanted something different there. I had a 5 yr aged Cuban H.Upmann Sr. Winston and that was the best smoke I have had, EVER! I gave it a 94.
now these cigars you are reviewing are they for beginners by any chance? please let me know what are good beginner cigars to start off with thanks.

Someone told me cigars are not meant to be inhaled , only puffed....is that true or is it just like when you inhale a cigar?
