I understand your disappointment. However, this excerpt was performed in a Mall, where lapel mikes are avoided because of the usual feedback. Wireless mikes are the next best option, which are also the usual choice for Broadway musical theatre actors when they have to perform outside the theater. Thank you for understanding.

she's very good in singing but not really in acting. You could see how focus she was on singing, so she kinda look stiff on stage.
