I could be totally wrong, but I have a theory that Keroro is 500+, as Mois came to the Earth 500 years early; but her and Keroro used to play together as young children. So this makes Mois at least 500 when she started to orbit the Earth, also making Keroro 500 years or over because they were roughly similar ages when they were friends as little kids. Keroro and Giroro were also childhood friends, who look to be very close in age in the anime, so...

Anyway, that's my complicated theory XD
