@IceKitty01 it's not a scam I went to the auditions yesterday and I got in and we payed $5310 for it and I'm going to LA in July and It made tons of people famous like Doug Brochu bit those people are soo nice... Excpesially the models... :D

I was asked to audition for a scholarship for this in a couple days. As long as they don't ask me for money, do you think its worth it? I've read some bad stuff about it, but you seem to have had a good experience. :)

i didnt get the callback to go to LA but some of the worst people did. i think it is a waste of money and it is way to expensive i am going to upload videos about wat i did and they didnt choose me so you can see how much better r suxier you need to be

@idontknowman1304 ummm no it's not. Clearly not if it's a professional event and is a legal acting school. I go there and if you took time to research soooooo many celebrities have gone toJRP in their life time. Like Lucille Ball, Josh Duhammel, Brenda Song and so many more.

im going to sing at IPOP this summer but where do you get the 1 minute songs??

You just take real songs, and cut them down to one minute, taking the best parts of it. Try picking a song that you don't think a lot of people will choose, something unique. In January sooo many people sang This Is Me by Demi Lovato, it was crazy!

do you have a voice teacher? if you do, they can help A LOT with choosing the right parts of the songs. I can try and help though, I'll listen to it and let you know. I actually had someone play for me for both songs, other than that, there is software that can do it for you. :)

i dont have one because my mom says its expensive and shes already doing a lot of fundraising(the seattle sounders games) for ipop

I actually do it right in my town. It's around 20 dollars a lesson and I do it once a week. You can try to find one in your area, it's more convinient. I still go to JRP, but haven't been able to make it to a lot of classes lately, :/

Often times, they have commercials saying when big auditions are coming up in your area. If you have a John Robert Powers where you live try to keep in the loop of what's going on there, since they host it.
