  • I LOVE THIS SONG!! Gone! Like Elvis and his mom! Rofl! -33 love them and Skillet!!!! -33

  • they interact well with crowds once they let a 12 yr old play stars with then jon pull him on the stage and let him use his guitar

  • i love the ending

  • @Jjake1594 he wrote the song he can do whatever the hell he wants to

  • I think the reason he kinda raps this one is so people get the message of the song better. its easier to pay attention to the words without the melody attached to them. i like both versions.

  • i love jon foreman's guitars.

  • gone is my favourite at the moment... i think i like the recorded version a little more though...

    but this is still good.

  • Yea... apart from awakening, this is my fave too... I like the record-version better too. but the thing that frustrates me bout the recorded is the fading at the ending... aaargh, why cant they just do a real ending, like in this one...

    But anyways SWITCHFOOT FTW!!!! ALWAYS!!!

  • the most (-to quote Drew-) "radzilla" band out there

  • He's not even singing. he's just talkin the whole way through. i like the original way better

  • they always 'rap' this song at their concerts. I don't know why though. I like it the way it was recorded. Now they mix it with their beyonce cover "Crazy In Love". It still sounds cool but I like the original version of 'Gone'

  • thats a really good song =]

  • they're good live

  • is this an Christian song?

  • yes

as if being Christian make music good

  • are they christian group?

  • they're christian, but they're not in the "christian music" genre. However, "Gone" was heavily played on Christian radio. they sing about stuff from a spiritual worldview.

why do you want to know? being christian doesn't make music better or worse
